About Us
How We Got Started
The Rebirth Foundation was established in 2020 by Mr Frederick H Ross, all from an idea to transform himself. He developed a burning desire to strengthen himself as an individual as well as impact others to do the same.
He vowed to impact our society after the pandemic of COVID-19 hit us globally and literally made the world stand still. In the midst of the chaos caused by the global pandemic, Mr Ross started networking to rally members for the new tasks ahead. With only an idea in mind, the co-foundering team was gathered and with the help of these like minded individuals, on the 17th of August 2020, The Rebirth Foundation was born and duly registered as a non-profit company (NPC).
As Mr. Ross’ idea had come from the growth he wanted to see in himself, the only way to reach others was to base the foundation on charitable work, covering a wide range of endeavours, with the ambition to provide people with hope and giving them some sense of belonging. His words, “we just have to give people the necessary skills to better themselves and in turn it will spill over to the next and then the next and then the next.”
Our Mission
Our mission is to contribute to the creation of opportunities by enhancing the social development of society and providing the public access to information that will grow and strengthen their ideals.
Our Programs
The Rebirth Foundation is built on four pillars that offer a wide variety of programs. These programs are designed to extract the very best out of each and everyone, who is passionate about becoming the best they can be.

TR Skills Academy
The only way to cause significant change is to give someone the ability to “fish” for himself.
Together with our allied partners we have created a skills academy where we will be offering various skills programs. The aim is to empower every individual that has a strong desire to get a certified qualification. Being accredited by couple of Seta’s, we will be offering the following trades and qualifications:

Confucius said, “If your plan is for 1 year, plant rice. If your plan is for 10 years, plant trees. But, if your plan is for 100 years, educate children.”
Our plan is definitely for more than 100 years! We cannot stand back and leave the certainty of our future, and that of our children in somebody else’s hands, we simply have to make it happen. We will be engaging in various educational activities and programs all over the country with the intention of getting the best out of every individual, young and old. We intent to do that by offering the following activities and services:

The Reach
It is our duty as proud citizens of South Africa, to help build and strengthen our country by the work we set out to do. With our social development projects, there is no better way to do that than by giving back to the communities that needs it most.
The Reach projects would like to empower our youth by offering financial aid to the individuals who stand out above the rest but lack the funding to help take their education to the next level. We will be teaming up with the private sector to offer bursaries and support for such students to embark on their tertiary qualification journey.
Furthermore we will encourage every individual who has the desire and vision to turn NOTHING INTO SOMETHING GREAT, by lending a helping hand in any way possible.
Big part of our reach will be to fund and support community building projects. We will do that by liaising with government and private sector, to build recreational facilities and push for their assistance with regards to infrastructure development, especially schools and early childhood development centres.
